Core Detect Analyzer and Stator Wedge Probe

Core Detect Analyzer ( CDA) is designed to detect Ampere Current in stator iron due to shorted lamination is an excellent replacement for expensive, dangerous, inconvenient THV Test and gives far better results.
CDA method has been developed to replace inconvenient, expensive, slow, dangerous, and inaccurate THV test.
The advantages of CDA method over THV Test are better sensitive for faults in deeper areas of slot, very precise location, less power excitation required, shorter of preparation time, faster assessment of effectiveness during repair, safety, and does not heat stator. Stator Wedge Probe ( SWP) is a precise tool used to detect loose wedge in Generator/ Motor stator slots.
